U3 Advisors formed from a merging of two urban planning / real estate strategy / economic development consultancies, one in New York City, and the other in Philadelphia. They are passionate about “anchor institution strategy” (among other services) as a successful approach to revitalize areas that have seen an economic downturn by focusing on core institutions that stabilize and grow communities. The site serves as a home for case studies, a showcase of recent press, and as an outlet for the team’s ongoing research and industry insight.
